Shipping policy

Getting your order to you should be the easy part. Here is exactly what happens after you check out, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Free delivery across the United States

Shipping is on us for every order, with no minimum basket and no fee added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. For now we ship within the United States only, so orders cannot be sent to other countries yet.

Delivery times

Processing time: 1 to 2 business days

Transit time: 3 to 7 business days

Total delivery time: 4 to 9 business days

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Saturday, enter the queue that same day. Anything after the cut-off starts on the next business day.

Tracking and updates

Tracking is included with every order at no extra cost. The moment your package is on its way, a confirmation email lands in your inbox with the tracking number inside. You can also follow every step yourself on the Track Your Order page in the menu, as often as you like. If a delivery slips because of a busy period or rough weather, we will tell you rather than leave you guessing.
