What payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The icons in the footer show exactly what is live.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum spend and nothing added at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and transit takes 3 to 7 business days, so 4 to 9 business days in total.
My order has not arrived. What now?
Check the tracking link in your shipping email first, since it usually explains the delay. If it does not, send your order number to support@blairdrafts.com and we will chase the carrier for you.
What kind of shop is this?
Blairdrafts is an online shop run by Novaro. We sell everyday items for the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and garden, and for pets.
Is my personal information safe?
Checkout is SSL-encrypted and card details go straight to the payment provider, never onto our servers. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. Right now orders can only be sent to addresses within the United States.
How does the 60-day return window work?
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return, on unused items in their original condition and packaging. There is never a restocking fee.
Can I exchange an item instead?
Yes. Mention it when you contact us and we will arrange the swap rather than a refund.
How quickly do refunds come through?
Within 7 business days of your return arriving and passing a quick check, back to the payment method you used. Banks sometimes need a few extra days before it shows.
Is it possible to adjust an order after placing it?
If it has not entered processing yet, usually. Email support@blairdrafts.com as soon as you can with your order number.
What if my question is not listed here?
Write to support@blairdrafts.com and we will take it from there. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET, and we typically reply within 12 hours.
