Buy with confidence. If something is not right for you, sending it back is straightforward and we will stay with you until it is sorted.

Our return window

Your return window runs for a full 60 days, counted from the day the order reaches you. We keep it that wide on purpose, so nothing has to be decided in a hurry.

Condition of returned items

We can accept items that are unused and still in their original condition, with the original packaging included.

No restocking fees

We do not charge a restocking fee. Not on any item, not at any point.

How to start a return

Send a message to support@blairdrafts.com with your order number and tell us briefly what is wrong. We will reply with the return address and walk you through each step.

Return shipping

The cost of sending an item back sits with you unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing. We suggest a tracked service, simply so the package can be traced if it goes missing.

Exchanges

Would you rather swap an item than get your money back? Say so in your message and we will arrange the exchange instead.

Refunds

After the returned item arrives and passes a quick check, your refund is processed within 7 business days to the payment method you originally used. Banks sometimes need a few extra days before it shows.
